I don't know what kind of magic Justin pulled off for us, but woah! So, we had a literal "act of god" happen when lightning hit our neighbors tree and sent wood shrapnel like medieval arrows into our roof and all the way into our front yard. It wrecked our roof. We hired Dean Adjusters to negotiate our claim with Southern Fidelity. It took a couple of months, BUT... we got the check for the new roof, and 2 WEEKS LATER Southern Fidelity went bankrupt.
