We have worked with Jamie on many occasions and have always found him and his team highly professional, friendly and the standard of the work is absolutely exceptional.
Edited to reflect owner’s response: UPDATE: The owner reached out privately and repeatedly using a personal family tragedy to ask for this review’s removal, yet his public response here claims the delay was due to "relocating." It’s hard to take these excuses seriously when the business remains highly active on Instagram. For a business with a strong reputation, I expected at minimum a courtesy response — a decline would have been totally acceptable. Unfortunately, this experience was a clear and rare case of over-promising and under-delivering in this industry. - I contacted Dealing in Design for a professional restoration assessment and spoke directly with the owner, Jamie. Terrific place. My badly marked Parker coffee table looks absolutely gorgeous, Jamie did a beautiful job and was super helpful and friendly to deal with. Will absolutely be back!
