At over 100 days now since I leased my vehicle and these guys still can't figure out how to get me my tag/registration. They respond sometimes, other times they do not. Even suggested I go pick up my own tags from the DMV. Worthless service.
Over the last 3 years I've purchased 2 vehicles and my business partner has purchased 1 from Machen Hyundai - who uses Dealertrack to handle the titling. All 3 times it has taken over THREE MONTHS to get the correct paperwork and to license our vehicles. Multiple times they've sent our courthouse either the wrong paperwork or filled out incorrectly. Our courthouse will overnight the paperwork back to them with an explanation of what's missing or wrong - and it will still take weeks and weeks for them to try again. This last ... read more
Keep getting phone calls from a number claiming to be DEALERTRACK out of Wilmington, OH and this is what comes up. I tried calling the number back and it was disconnected. I tried calling the number on the website. Disconnected. I've been called twice in the past few days and I'd like the calls to stop
