This business ontinues to make collection calls when my loan payment has been made. They call and text multiple times per day when I've asked not to be called before 2 pm due to I work nights and sleep days. Now they have processed unauthorized payments from my account without even contacting me. The interest rate on their loans are ridiculously high and it feels like I'm never going to be done with them. I just want to let everyone know that this is by far one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have had such hard times in the last 7 months and this company has gone above and beyond to help me through a horrible situation in order to keep me in my vehicle. A special thanks to Summer ***** who worked hard and gave me option after option to help get me back on track. Never have experienced such compassion.
