Don't return anything! They will give you special pricing to get rid of you. Recently purchased a circuit tracer and like it. I talked with the local Ideal distributor and he and Dealers branch manager both worked with me and the final result are my expectations were exceeded. Great job guys and nice teamwork. These guys always have what we need at an reasonable pricing.
These guys are great. They go the extra mile for you to make the experience friendly. Don't waste your time at other places. Go to Dealers Electric instead.
It was an unprofessional establishment. The documents sent were mixed up with different jobs. When I called to follow up, the "I'll get to it" attitude was unacceptable. Why would anyone want to do business with these people? I would not recommend; if you can obtain parts elsewhere, please do, the incompetence is unacceptable.
