I got the pleasure of speaking to a man at the front counter and asked for a specific breaker. He asked me a question that blew me away. I had to ask for someone else to help me. He needs to pull more parts before being assigned to the counter to help customers, so he can have a clue what people are asking for. The gentleman that I was transfered to, was very knowledgeable and got the part ordered right away.
Great customer service and attitude.
Horrible, spent 2 hours there , employee had a melt dwn . Do not recommend.
