We had an extremely disappointing experience with Dealer Direct Logistics. For months, they wouldn’t pick up the phone, respond to messages, or reply to emails. Communication was nonexistent. I’ve seen countless negative reviews from other carriers, and sadly, they’re all true. Avoid this company if you value reliability and professionalism.
Delivered 2 vehicles for Dealer Direct Logistics. NO PAYMENT received. No answer from Kyle. Please be aware! Not honest! There are lots of reputable companies that you , customers, can trust. DO NOT trust this company! You will stay without the payment and your car! Horrible! Police will be involved to get an answer for all of their illegal actions!
Do not deal with Kyle and he's shameless company, we transport vehicle for them and they did not pay us for 2 months now. Not responding email,calls and messages. Disgraceful and disgusting company.
Their Broker Status is Revoked in 2/5/25, Their Surety Bond Cancelled 1/29/25. DO NOT GET FOOLED! They are not paying and they don't even have legal right to be in the business. Have been trying to reach for the payments and every single phone number is either off or nobody answering. AVOID THIS THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!!
