Some interpreters were not professional and DIS hire non certified interpreters. Not pleased.
The receptionist is rude and does not listen to you when you ask a questions. She has a "I know everything" attitude and that is the last thing any one needs when trying to help someone.
My life line for communication. They are ALL professional which I consider being blessed.
