Terrible customer service. We are one of their vendors who make products for them and they have completely stiffed us on payment. I have left over 50 voicemails, texts and emails with zero response. Steer clear everyone as Bryan here is obviously taking peoples money and not shipping products like he should.
Been waiting weeks for a package and nothing spent extra on shipping and sent an email no response. Frustrating and no feed back and no one has reached out.
26 days since order, 3 emails, 1 call that went nowhere (no answer) and not one update until 4 days ago when my order “completed”. No shipping progress since, still waiting to be delivered to the post office. Would not recommend if you’re hoping to have your sun hat by your vacation that’s 3 weeks away. Update: order placed July 20, “order completed” aug 6th, shipping label created and waiting for pick up aug 7th, still not at post office September 16. 6 emails unresponded to, 3 phone calls not returned. If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t write bad reviews hardly ever. Ordered product got half of my order and have not received the other half. I have gotten responses of broken promises for NINE MONTHS. I will never be ordering from this business again.
