The park is centrally located 15 minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park and is 35 min from Chattanooga outer city limits (45 minutes from downtown), 45 min from Cookeville, and 90 min from Nashville! Yesterday I visited deadzero, I shot on the riffle range for a couple hours. I came with a brand new scope and the riffle range coaches helped me zero it. These ladies and gentlemen are some of the friendliest, professional, instructional. I just missed the 1000 yard by a couple inches so now I have a reason to come back lol. 100% highly recommend
Love coming to the range! The range officers on the 1000 yards are very knowledgeable about rounds and will help you fine your dopes for each section from 100,300,600,800,1000 love the steel targets at the pistol range. The only thing I miss that I had back in Florida would be holster drawling range and maybe even a shoot house type of sims and this place would be number 1 in my books, but regardless this range is amazing and I love coming here!

Called for over a week to get membership details for quarterly shooting for 16 Officers, that would be 16 individual memberships shooting at least 4 times a year or more. Would buy all the ammo and supplies there as well. Every time I called they could give me no info I would have to talk to "Scott Victor". Either he was in the range, out to lunch or just not available I spent a week going back and forth. The last time the guy who answered Andrew I believe said call back at 1pm he will be available. Great experience, start to finish! My son and I have wanted to drive the 2 hours to Dead Zero ever since it opened. Finally, we made it there back in November of 2024 and again in January 2025. Both trips were great! Living in East Tennessee it can be a challenge to find a place to shoot at longer distances safely. We consider ourselves novices at long distance shooting but really enjoyed the opportunity to stretch our equipment to its maximum capabilities and beyond, lol.
