Stayed here while a loved one was in deaconess mid Town hospital. Very very outdated facilities, room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and old food (chips and candy) and spilled medicine was found underneath the "beds" in the room which were old retired hospital cots and were terribly uncomfortable. The front desk gave us towels and wash cloths but the room had no soap, no shampoo, a TV but no remote. There was a dirty old refrigerator and a nasty microwave out in the common area but no amenities in the room besides dust ... read more
