Recently moving to the area. I opened a checking and money market account. Today I stopped in to deposit a check into my money market account. A very nice lady was training. Unfortunately the individual training her was extremely rude to the trainee and refused to deposit my check. Not only was she demeaning to her new staff member but she spoke loudly to me, sharing that she was “unable to process my check”.
