They love to substitute order items without giving notice-lack of communication is a huge problem with them. Anthony is a helpful rep, but their operation is a mess. Unfortunate. Holland Bulb will be getting my business moving forward.
Had a pretty bad experience with a decent size order (20k+ bulbs/$10k+). I will be sticking with one of the other wholesale bulb suppliers next fall. Details below for those interested. TL;DR: Really poor communication, especially from the office manager. Highly recommend you look elsewhere for wholesale bulb needs. Luckily there are many good ones out there....
