I'm not aware of even doing business with them. They had my full name and home number. A man left a voicemail to call them back to attempt to sell me something. Its 2025. ADVERTISE! Don't bother people individually because you were sleazy, De Vroomen and bought people's personal information. GO AWAY! For this, I will never do business with you. Shame on you for buying people's personal info.
I had a great experience with DeVroomen. Starting off, the website is a little confusing and can be inaccurate. I found looking at the spreadsheet they provide to be the best way to know if something is in stock. Shipping was also confusing initially and it was hard to find out exactly how it works. From what I found out, after your order is shipped, you are charged and there is no accurate estimate provided beforehand. They love to substitute order items without giving notice-lack of communication is a huge problem with them. Anthony is a helpful rep, but their operation is a mess. Unfortunate. Holland Bulb will be getting my business moving forward.
