Victoria is rude, condescending and will charge you to answer questions about her own billing! By the time I was terminating my relationship with her I actually sensed she wa working with opposing council to drive up my bills! She is untimely with responses and letters sent to opposing council make no sense. She doesn’t understand estate financials and will charge you to review them without yielding any results. Do not retain this woman. She should be disbarred!!
Unprofessional, wow, is an understatement, Victoria identified her arrogant, crude, and condescending nature as unvarnished regardless of what the client “wants” to hear. Very interesting approach. Immediate red flag presented regarding transparency, integrity and trust: requesting to view financials unethically, charging unexpected costs which simply could have been mitigated as an expectation and identified up front.
