Bought a defective Geek Bar. Showed proof of purchase and they refused to replace it. That's great customer service :-(! In reply to your reply: A woman waited on me...not a man, and she did not ask if I wanted to try them. She also did not tell me I had to return merchandise within 24 hours. Based on all of this I would think a 1 star rating is sufficient. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Obviously, the girl that just answered the phone when I called has no sense of humor and hung up on me. I was gonna come and do some shopping there but with her ignorance, I don’t think I will. They just lost money off of me.
