I have tried several times to call this number to get information from one of the clerks. After repeated phone calls no one answers the phone. The only one that answered is the operator who transferred me to a ringing line with no response. This type of poor customer service does not look good for a county, such as DeSoto, who has been known to be on top of their game. Not good at all. There should be someone in place to answer the phone at all times unless the office is closed.

Mississippi is way behind the rest of the country. Unfortunately Mississippi is the state I live in. Not proud of it.
