I spoke with Athena in the office to see about my changing a Trust. She stated I would need a death certificate. When I arrived for my appointment she clearly did not remember we had an appointment. Her overall attitude was very dismissive and condescending when I asked questions. She stated I would need an original death certificate not a copy which she failed to mention on our phone conversation she said it would take a very long time to obtain an original copy.
