Lady at the counter called everyone in the office and ask d if they spoke to me regarding an appointment fully knowing it was her I spoke to can't mistake the voice. Then was told No on was able to see me on that day. I completely understand people are busy and I turned up after a calling them first and informing them I was coming in. It was relatively urgent and I expressed this to them which they say they could turnaround within the timeframe I needed as well as seeking for a written quotation.
