Very ordinary customer service - person who I spoke to on call was very impolite and kind of rude. Their payment process is out of date - they don't accept cards on phone or during delivery, you need to go to their store or do bank transfer. Also, they have provided one "DeRucci" written metal plate on the bed which I had to remove. Who does advertising of their bed like this? Very strange.
