Steven DeNittis and his assistant Dawn are AMAZING. They handled our families public sector case and I cannot say enough for what they did for us. I would highly recommend them!
I worked directly with James Barry on a case involving my adult developmentally disabled child. His compassion, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness provided the strong foundation we needed to reach a successful outcome. It was wonderful knowing we had such a sharp legal mind working on our behalf.
They were the attorneys for a class action law suit. Forgetting that the payout was puny, their communication was pathetic. Although they answer my emails, the response is generic, 'the amount will be determined' type of response. I was not paid the minimum listed in the settlement and they never address it. Stereotypical attorneys.
They were nice. Called to get clarity on a class action lawsuit. She got an answer to my question with a smile.
