I was a guest at this hall this weekend and I would never recommend it to anyone! We had to all use one restroom as the other one was flooded. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was no attendant at the event to help if there were any issues and there were many. The owner never answered the phone calls or messages to assist. Lady in charge didnt know how to adjust lights,there was also a broken bathroom. She was almost never there on time, missing parts of the event we needed her in. She also acted terribly towards the people of the event. Overall made the experience badly remembered.
Very unprofessional, no communication whatsoever, very dirty salon and the manager did not care, refrigerator did not work and it kept all the guests drinks warm, there’s roaches in the bathrooms and guests had a horrible time at the event.
Very bad experience, there was roaches in the men’s bathroom and the women’s bathroom was flooded. They don’t know how to adjust their own lights and the manager gave a really hard time, always leaving and never showing up. Very disappointing experience overall.
If I can give it 0 stars I would DO NOT RENT Horrible service We had an event for 100 people, upon arriving we noticed the 10 tables no longer had 10 chairs, they now had 7 making it a seating capacity for 70 people. The hall has 2 restrooms and one was flooded as soon as we arrived to start our event. Owner Never answered our calls to come fix it or provide an answer about the chairs.
