I’m very concerned about the business practices at this establishment. The owner has developed an unprofessional relationship with my father and requested $4,000 in cash without clearly explaining what the payment was for. This kind of behavior feels extremely shady and unethical. Massage therapy should always be conducted in a professional and transparent manner. I would strongly caution others to avoid this business.
Husband and I enjoyed wonderful massage with Onnie and Jonathon. Highly recommend to release tension and tight muscle pain.

The first time my boyfriend and I went for our scheduled appointment, the staff was over 30 minutes late. There was no one at a reception area to inform us of any delays, and we waited the entire time with no communication. This was the best massage and facial I have had (and I've been to a few in SCV). She verified the pressure was good and asked me to tell her if i had any areas not to touch or inform her during the massage if anything was uncomfortable. The location would have been difficult to find if she hadn't called and told me it was upstairs (the direcory downstairs did give more info if I would have paid any attention).
