Service exécrable au téléphone d'un certain Noah. J'ai reçu un vêtement dont l'étiquette était décousue et je le retourne car il ne me convient pas. On me dit que je l'ai porté et on refuse le retour. Je dois payer 20$ pour qu'ils me le retournent afin ne pas perdre mon argent. De plus, dans le retour, j'ai deux pièces et on m'indique qu'il n'y avait qu'une pièce dans la boite... Rien à faire car Noah ne discute pas et il a simplement toujours raison...Plus jamais pour moi!!!
This is the worst website I have ever seen and customer service also as bad. If I would, I would have given negative stars. My orders get canceled with no reason provided. They say there is a reward system but I accumulated so many points (from thousands of dollars spent!), which they made difficult to claim. After back and forth chat with their staff, I was able to claim my reward points - BUT, they canceled all the orders, and they said they will refund my credit card. ALL THE REWARD POINTS LOST!! The customer service was top-notch. So helpful, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. My package arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional service and great prices. Will definitely shop again!
Don't buy from this store. I have contacted them 3 times to arrange the return of an item, and no one has responded. Worst customer service ever.
