0 stars. Terrible customer service. I ordered a dress from them that never arrived and the shipper (UPS) sent my item back to them directly. Now they want to charge me $20 for shipping for the return that I didn't authorize. I will never use this retailer again and only use 1er Avenue.
Exactement comme plusieurs d’entre vous, ne fait pas confiance à se site. Je me suis même faite raccrocher au nez par l’agent (Noah). Ils inventent des politiques pour ne pas te remettre ton argent et te donner un crédit en magasin. En plus, ils ont fait l’erreur et c’est moi qui a payé le retour en plus. Allez chez 1er Avenue - eux sont honnête et ils ont les même marques ! Et pas de frais de retour en plus et des gens sympathique au service à la clientèle.
I have nothing but good things to say about my 2 experiences ordering online from DeCabana. I am in a different province, but the order only takes a few days to arrive. When one of the items that was shipped in the last order was damaged, they quickly replaced it. Customer support was excellent!
Service exécrable au téléphone d'un certain Noah. J'ai reçu un vêtement dont l'étiquette était décousue et je le retourne car il ne me convient pas. On me dit que je l'ai porté et on refuse le retour. Je dois payer 20$ pour qu'ils me le retournent afin ne pas perdre mon argent. De plus, dans le retour, j'ai deux pièces et on m'indique qu'il n'y avait qu'une pièce dans la boite... Rien à faire car Noah ne discute pas et il a simplement toujours raison...Plus jamais pour moi!!!
