Buyer beware! Too many hidden costs, too many fine prints, rude and unprofessional staff, worst customer service. We feel very cheated. our first and last with them. Stick with your old reliable, cheap is not cheap, go with honest companies like enterprise, Avis, budget, etc but never this company, they also Go by the name NU. They probably know how bad they are and customers are noticing. Save yourselves the stress by not renting at this place. Where is the negative rating?

I wanted to rent a nice sports car and I found that deanza car rental had a challenger for rent at a great price and the deposit was better than anywhere else. the staff was alsome and my deposit was returned when they said it would be returned.

Great company!! I rented a 2014 Dodge Ram from this company. Best service I have ever received renting a car. I travel quite a bit which mean I rent a lot of cars from time to time. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very kindly. The staff here goes over and beyond for their customers, and I don't mean just myself, there were other customers in there at the time I was there and you can just tell they pride them selves on service. I got my deposit back on exactly the 10th business day as well.

kept my security deposit for a manufacture defect without even trying to contact the manufacture. Paul told me that day to trust him and he would take care of me and call me back the same day. 10 days later I never heard from him. I called back and he said he had done nothing but he was keeping my security deposit to cover the repairs. I asked him if he spoke with carson trailer which had a 1 year warranty and he said no but he was keeping my security deposit. all I gotta say is I own a delivery service and where else can you get everything done worked on my car got me a rental they were real courteous and polite if you need some work done I highly recommend De Anza car rental
