Really bad customer service. Came in with my kids and they had to use the bathroom I asked one of the workers if they could open the restrooms she said “someone should be in the fitting rooms to open.” I said there’s no one I already checked and she said I will be there I waiting and she never came, I then found another employee and I asked her to open and she said I will be there never came by the way she was rude. Terrible behaviour ! Specially the supervisor. Low staff and don’t help you at all if you need help to find some things. Poor relationship. You will get disappointed from going there. It was closing time and I had put so much time to collect the items. The supervisor resist to checkout !!! Because it was a little late ! Even she resist to hold the items till tomorrow. I haven’t seen such a store before that!! The supervisor said I don’t care! Not respectful !
This place is similar to what what Burlington/Ross/Marshalls used to be. DD’s is my new go-to place for finding nice clothes on a budget.
Nice store, great prices.
