Today I visited dd’s DISCOUNTS for the first time and had a disappointing experience. I tried to be polite to the cashier, greeted her, and spoke respectfully, but she completely ignored me and didn’t respond at all. I understand everyone can have busy or difficult days, but basic courtesy makes a big difference for customers. I hope customer service improves in the future.
Hoy eh estado en esta tienda a la cual voy con mucha frecuencia y me ah atendido una señora llamada Arnissa en el turno del mediodía a la cual le dije que tenia que esperar por mi mamá para pagar,un segundo y me trató mal y me discrimino por ser latina diciéndome que ella no podía esperar por que esto es "América", al parecer las empleadas de esta tienda no estudiaron geografía ni historia porque no saben que América es un continente no un país ❤️
