I disagree. The store located in South Florida is awesome and has great employees. I went to Macys last night and the female employees didnt roll their eyes but they "stuck up their noses" and didnt assist me at all. I have had more conversations with DD Discount employees. I am a Systems Analyst for a global financial institution and I have had more enjoyable conversations with DD Discount employees. Remember they probably do not make enough money to put up with all the "high maintenance divas" that come through the store. ... read more

THE STORE IS GREAT THEY HAVE SUPER CUTE THING AND GREAT PRICES!!!! BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO GHETTO AND LAZY ITS A SHAME THAT SUCH A GREAT STORE IS A WASTE
my cousins go here all the time and come back with lots and lots of cool items and its really great. you can afford the prices without going broke
DD's Discount store has been a great store for me. I have four children and have to make my dollare stretch very far. They have name brand clothing for way less than the department stores sales. I get shirts for 7 year olds for as low as $4.99 and pants as low as $7.99. The quality is also great.
I agree with SSSSEECCCC, the store offers great items at even greater prices. Be prepared to flip through racks and racks of clothes. They also have bedding and home goods with unbeatable prices. I got good quality king sized pillows for \$5.99 each Worth the trip, but the customer service is terrible.
I agree with the other 2 ppl on here: the store is awesome, but the employees are lazy and shouldnt even be working there if they dont want to do their job.You cant get help over the phone or in person---PERIOD! Dont expect friendly, helpful people in this store if you go. Sadly, thats not what you will find.However, if you are going just for good prices & dont need returns/refunds or anything like that, I say go for it!
