Today at the store I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. My mother is an elderly person and walks slowly; however, the employee rudely said to her: “Hurry up ma’am, I don’t have time to wait.” When I pointed out that my mother is an older person and deserves respect, the employee responded in an even more offensive way: “Shut your mouth, you have no right to speak.
