Because of how bad the housing market is right now in DFW, I decided to use a company that buys the house for you in cash, and then you buy it back from them using any type of loan you want, except an FHA. You can choose to use their lender service to buy it back or go with another lender. If you go through another lender, you are charged a 1.9% fee.
