If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My son has missed more than 1 day of school anytime there is a substitute driver. Voicemail says the company opens at 6am and you won’t get an answer until after 8. They have gps on the vans but won’t use it to track whether or not drivers are actually going to the pickup location. I’m going to find out how to report them to Wake County schools bc they need their contract revoked!!!!

Unsafe!!!! Drivers are very unsafe with kids in the cars! Almost got side swiped by a d&d van this week with kids in the van! Don't use this company if you cherish your children's lives!

Very unprofessional Jackie was very rude and disrespectful. Could tell she didn't have alot of compassion for her drivers, have seen drivers smoking in the vans with kids in the vans, driving reckless and running red lights, wouldn't trust them with my kids if they were my last option on earth.

Drivers show up in a 45 minute window if they show up at all. 2 no call no shows this week. Edit: raised my review to 3 stars. While this experience was frustrating there was a driver shortage going on at this time. I also trusted my children with this company which I cannot say for every transportation service he has used.
