Horrible service and reckless drivers . Always late to pick someone up
Trapped 30 minutes from home for almost 3 hours.
They are a small company. Their vehicles do not drive well at all. Their "clientele" consists of the nastiest most rude people you can imagine. If they had better choice of clientele, it could be a better company.
Well As far as drivers, Chuck, Angel, & think Gloria might be her name they are amazing drivers & I have told the dispatch for Crawford county that & there are some other drivers I would just rather not ride with, I have really had no trouble with D&D rides except when they book the rides so full & there are 6 different people who have appointments in Columbus, that's way too many for one time. How about only 2 people at a time.. but I think they're an ok service
