Great team! They did a super job.
These folks (in the office and driving the trucks) kept in touch to to let me know who was going to be where and when. AND THEY WERE! I moved an aunt from independent living at one facility in BCS to much smaller quarters in another facility, also in BCS. Timing was critical as things all had to happen in a certain order. A few pieces of furniture went with her, but the bulk came to my house about 50 miles away. Everything with drawers was wrapped in moving blankets and Saran wrap. The guys were very professional, but that threw us off our guards. Unfortunately some items were stolen and we don't have a complete list yet. A complete toolbox with electric drill, portable sewing machine, bucket, drinks, are the items we can't find at the moment. It's really unfortunate and we have made a complaint to the management. Hope this could be resolved. Also paid more than the max listed below.
Greg and his team were amazing! They loaded everything quickly and efficiently from the house and went above and beyond at the storage unit. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the truck and trailer close to the unit, so they had to unload everything in an aisle and carry it all the way to the storage unit by hand. Even in 100-degree weather, they never slowed down and continued working hard the entire time. They were professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking.
