Kayla showed me the model home and it was very beautiful and she was very nice!
Extremely Unprofessional and Dismissive. Julie takes priority of answering her cellphone rather that assisting us with our project during the appointment we set. Additionally have come to learn she will buy the supplies and "high end" materials from Amazon and Home Depot and then mark them up almost 400%. I would give her negative stars if I could for how unprofessional Julie is. I really am Unsure how someone like her is able to stay in business. Customer Service goes along way
Imagine being stranded on an island with no food. No water. No sign of rescue. Your only companion is a Wilson Volleyball. That picture painted clearly in your head?? Yes? Perfect - because you're picturing a more enjoyable experience than working with D&D homes. I honestly feel bad writing this because the employees there seem like wonderful - hardworking people. However, the owner, Julie, is just awful. She doesn't return calls, treats her employee's horribly and frankly doesn't seem to care for anyone other than herself. ... read more
