I have utilized Mr. Cumming's services for multiple legal matters over the years. He has been the attorney on both a home purchase and a refinance; he has helped to write the real estate rental contract/agreement that I utilize at my commercial rental space; and he has written several other legal contracts that I use on a daily basis in my medical practice.
