They are awful, we were lied to for months. Barbara and her daughter have no clue on how to do business. They strung us a long for months, no call backs, and then came time for appraisal, no document was submitted on time. We lost our deal! Cant believe they are still in business. When home searching realtors laughed when they saw their name on Pre-approval letters!
