These people do not care at all I am 16 yrs old and bc my dad has bills they even took my money at 16 my mom called them and they would not listen nor did they even care they took everything my mom and I had together bc of my father owing medical bills how can they legally do that!
These people have zero respect for the law or anyone else for that matter. Even after providing them my attorney’s information for my bankruptcy they tried to garnish wages, which is illegal. Thankfully my attorney is going to file a harassment suit and hopefully make them pay. I understand the need for debt collection services but I’d seriously recommend finding a provider that adheres to the law and not associate with this reckless firm
After reading all these reviews I'm left wondering..... Has anyone reported these people to the Better Business Bureau? I'm reading a all these reports of this company screwing people over and taking more money than they owe which is what they have done to my best friend also. We are currently working with the bank to prove the debt is paid and they are continuing to rob her.
