Zero stars. Had a debt i was more than happy to pay. It is a debt after all. Made a payment plan and the fist payment never even came out. Called to ask about it and they told me since I missed the payment it was now going to court. Huh? They now demand it in full or else I will get a judgment. Shady, rude, and downright unpleasant.
There communication sucks didn't ever call back add interest and after u ask don't send anything you have ask for
One star only because I had to. This place is a joke. They tell me they don't have a phone number or address but found my poe (place of employment) and garnished me. Can't tell me what it's for, wont let me get into payments and leave me with (no joke) $1.96. How the hell is anyone suppost to live off that. I am the only one working in my home and have 4 kids and they refuse to be helpful at all. She told me they wont do anything for me unless I pay in full. Just spoke to a lady that was extremely rude. I went through the company that the bill was owed through as I never knew a bill was owed. They state my bill was xyz when I spoke to them, so I called the company, took care of it and 2 days later this company is back to blowing my phone up again, not once not twice but upwards of 5-8 times in a day, now it's 9:35am and I've received 3 calls already from them and called them back.
