This boss car rent..Very toxic !!scolding tenants here and there..interfering with people's personal matters here and there..very unprofessional...very one-sided agreements..pressuring users..highly not recommended to deal with this foreign car rental company..
I have had the best experience dealing with Jeremy who I found to be very empathetic to customers needs and confirm. The car’s battery died and Jeremy quickly sent a guy to replace it with a new one. Highly recommend DCA
