Updated review: The process exactly one month. Part of the delay came when I somehow received a notice from UPS that my document was delivered to a random address in New York State, which was the delivery for a different person. It made me very concerned that my document was lost, but I received my item today. I appreciate that Daveys at the company remained professional and communicative, but I also don't think I'd be very comfortable if I found out they had given my tracking number to some random person who was able to see... read more
