Excellent service
Great experience!! The hot tub and massage were very relaxing, my husband and I enjoyed a couples massage for my birthday along with mimosas and other treats. The address should be updated or they should let you know sooner than the day of which location you’ll be at but other than that, great experience!!
I booked online and was told to go to the Dearborn location instead of Southfield location. I booked this spa for my mom and myself for Mother’s Day. For $544 I did not get what was expected. The music was so loud you could barely hear the doorbell to get in. This was suppose to be both of us getting a massage/facial at the same time and we had one lady working in the beginning. The staff was very friendly. They even brought out a piece of cake at the end and sung happy birthday to me.
Don’t book here, my fiancé booked and paid a deposit and when we arrived no one was there. Tried calling and the phones are going to voice mail. We had to go to the company downstairs and they was able to call the owner. After speaking with her she did not seem apologetic, not even a sorry. Didnt offer anything for wasting our time for their mishap bad customer service and after reading the other reviews it seem like they dont care. They wont be open long.
