Unprofessional and poor customer service
I used dbs financial for 2 vehicles. Never missed a payment up until November 2025. Lost my job. I informed them that i might miss a payment or 2 and they agreed to work with me. I caught up on payments and was in the green. The first week of December rolled around, the normal payment was taken out that friday. The following week on a Tuesday i woke up to go to work and my car was repossessed. After calling multiple times with no answer they finally called me back. They completely switched my case manager. Predatory is the best way to describe this company. Please don’t ever consider getting a loan from them even if you think there are no other options. Anything would be better than owing them .02 cents . Check their complaints on the Better business bureau website. In the long run it IS NOT WORTH IT. ABC credit went out of business for a reason.
The worst-case for a car loan
I've been paying on my vehicle over 4 years and it seems like the price has not went down that much. I was told when you get to $5000 you can trade it in. Now they changed it. If I'm not mistaken I was told $1000 balance on vehicle and you can trade it in. They got to be out their rabbit mine. The windows don't come down on the vehicle, Engine light on all kinds of crap wrong with this vehicle. I will never ever buy another vehicle here again. Nothing but a rip off.
