Just terrible, no one answers phone calls.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TRANSPORT. THEY DO NOT ANSWER PHONES, EMAILS , TEXTS , They picked up a load out of BC late with no excuse , never delivered to my customer in Montreal. Finally dropped at my warehouse 3 days late . Was supposed to be a reefer load and when delivered the reefer was not on. The worst customer service in my 25 years in this industry. The best service and trucking company. All across Canada with brand new warehouse in Vancouver. Highly recommend!
We moved the load for DBG back in February 2024, Please be careful - very hard to communicate with them after you deliver the load. We can't get paid for more then 6 month now, Received an empty check at the end of July I have no choice at this point - DBG goes to collection.
