Do not order from DBD Pet. They appear to be out of business. They sent the wrong order almost 2 months ago and none of my emails have been answered. Phone calls disconnect without ringing. I am out $95. I had been a customer since 2018.
got some isopods today, some moss and cork bark. very pleased with all items, staff was helpful and knowledgeable and kind. would recommend
I placed an order for some reptile supplies 2 months ago and have not received it. I have emailed customer service several times. Their phone number listed is disconnected. I don't know who is running this business, but this is seriously unacceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I wish I could give zero stars. It's been over a month and I haven't received my order. There also has been absolutely zero response from customer service.
