I tried calling and emailing the Kuna store about buying a freestanding stove ($$$). I was told that the fireplace man (Josh) only works Sundays. After 2 weeks, no response to my email or call, so I decided to go with Wholesale Fireplaces. Glad I did. UPDATE: I visited the store on a Thursday. Josh was there. He was very unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I spoke to him about fireplaces. Definitely not a salesman or customer friendly.
