Pathetic!!!! Hate places like this that wanna wait till the very minute of your appointment time. Don’t waste your time getting one minute early they will make you wait. Extremely lazy.
By appointment only At the office If you are 15min early they will tell you to wait until your appointment time
Arrived at 8:00am for an 11:00am appt, guard was nice no complaints there, checked in with office. Told I can come back at 11:00 and park in the lot for my appointment time. Reefer set at 28 and pre cooled to boot. 11 comes around got into dock. 12:37 finally starting to get loaded but well after reefer is way out of range sitting and waiting. I don’t think there is overnight parking
