I wish I could give them zero stars. These people are the biggest scam artists ever!! Charged me close to $1000 to do my taxes and I got audited for the two years that I used this company. I now owe the IRS over 15,000 in taxes. They do not help you whatsoever when you call them with your audit issues. Stay clear away from these crooks!!!
Never owed anything to the IRS till I used these guys for the first time. They do their "audit protection" but as soon as the IRS denies it, its all in your hands.
These people will scam you. They charge you based off of your return, but they mess up your taxes so the irs comes back to you to collect. They irs audited my return, billing me more than my refund was, even minus the fees & interest. So I wouldn’t have actually gotten back anything, yet this office charged me over 1k in prep fees based off of the return they got me, which was completely messed up! they refused to help with anything & tried to blame it on their software!
