After having problems with my hearing aids, her costumer service really went down hill. After she never showed up for an in-home visit to correct my NEW replacement hearing aids, i never heard from her again. She didn't reply to my phone calls or texts. After have only 1 working hearing aid for about a month, i had to find another hearing specialist near my home. BTW - She may have 2 "offices" in the Rochester area but she isn't in them too often.

Very professional, worked hard to help me find the right hearing aides at a great price. She takes care of every issue. She is truly a healthcare professional and I highly recommend get hearing care from her!! She is the best!
