Just moved from Kingman, AZ to Phoenix, a three hour drive by car. Office staff was very courteous and worked with us to have our furnishings stored with only one pickup and one delivery charge. Here's the rub! You'd better buy the damage insurance to be sure you can file a claim and be compensated for your loss. Pickup and delivery persons obviously had serious personal issues and their attitude reflected it.
On time, took great care with our things, very courteous, and helpful. Absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.
This place is awful rude obnoxious I helped unload the trailer they wouldn't mark it on paperwork I unloaded the trailer no complaints just jumped in to help very rude and unprofessional talking about they r not aloud in trailer how do u get your freight then they don't have a dock here very rude will never come back here again
