I am still missing 5 star landlord Carl Daywood! I rented with Carl commercially for two years, wish it could have been longer. He is a pleasure to do business with, also manages his own properties, so rest assured, everything will be taken care of. He is a great communicator, clear and fair on tenant/landlord responsibilities. He has an old school flair, grounded in a solid knowledge of honest business realtor practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone if you desire a reliable and healthy landlord/tenant relationship. He remains a consultant of my on realty matters.

Worst realtor/landlord I've experienced – I was very disappointed by a recent interaction with this realtor. Carl Daywood spent two hours showing my roommate and I (and my dog) a home that we absolutely fell in love with. Upon turning in an application and paying the fee, he talked excitedly about how much we would love living in the place. My parents drove down from Dallas to sign the application as co-signers, and they too were really happy with the experience. Then he called the next day to say he decided we couldn't live there because, although all the finances were in line, I owned a dog. I was very confused because he had allowed us to turn in the application and pay the fee KNOWING we had a dog (she was with us!). The dog is only a foster puppy of mine, and I explained to him that I loved the house so much, I would get the dog another home immediately. He replied that he had already moved on to another application and it was too late. I really wish he would have expressed his concerns earlier and been more honest and direct, as everything could have been worked out and we wouldn't have missed out on this home.
