The therapy was good but the billing is atrocious. I had a small co- pay each visit and paid by cash each and every time, a year later they sent me a bill and when I called them told me that I didn't pay the very small co pay twice, I always paid as it was only $5 then there was a mix up in billing with the company they used so they hit me with a additional amount that they messed up. I just don’t even know where to begin. First and foremost this place is very unprofessional and just down right rude. I went there because my orthopedic referred me to them. Mind you my doctor is very nice and professional. This place is just not good at all. I was informed by the office manager that I was too young to be on the insurance I was on. I feel as long as my insurance was paying them for there service it was really none of their business how old I was. This place is not good at all.
