Just wanted to inform you guys Edgar is a very stand up gentleman. He was fast friendly and best of all very professional. He did an outstanding job fixing our water leaks issue and was very well rounded in knowing how to fix and address the issue with leak and what to do to fix. This guy deserves to be recognized and given a pat on the back for his service.
I've been looking for a new place in the Denver metro area since last October. Haven't really been sure what I want: house, townhouse, apartment. Mostly just looking for a place with a great kitchen and easy access to some outdoor space for my dog. The leasing landscape here in Denver is abysmal. Property managers feel like they are doing you a favor just by letting you look at a place, and they often don't even bother to do that. They'll just skip appointments with no notice. Completely unacceptable it's been 5 days and no ice melt. Maintenance just walked in front of my apt. Almost fell with his tools and when I asked why not clean the sidewalk he said I'm only helping here....INSANE
Went to check this place out, saw a really beautiful townhome. Would really recommend this place but it is just way more space than I need right now. RedPeak has some really nice townhome. Natalie the property manager, Eric, and Rose were very helpful during the tour process. I would recommend this place.
Gorgeous townhome with a spacious garage and kitchen. Can't wait to move in next month! Thank you Eric for all your help finding this gem!
